SIZE & PRICE GUIDE
Portion Sizes
Coffee (C) serves are 4” x 1” x 1” and are small pieces suitable for most events where guests will cake will be cut on platters for guests to self serve. Dessert (D) serves are 4” x 2” x 1” and are larger portions of cake suitable for individually plated dessert such as weddings having a sit down style meal with cake as the dessert course.
Round Single Tier Cakes
The below prices are a guide only. They are based on a plain ivory buttercream finish in a round shape. Decorative and/or fondant details will incur additional costs based on time to create and style/extra ingredients.
6" standard (6" high) - serves C 30 / D 15 from $170
6" tall (8" high) - serves C 40 / D 25 from $210
8" standard (6" high) - serves C 50 / D 30 from $250
8" tall (8" high) - serves C 70 / D 40 from $290
Round Tiered Cakes
The below prices are a guide only. They are based on basic flavour options with a plain ivory buttercream finish in a round shape. Decorative and/or fondant details will incur additional costs based on time to create and style/extra ingredients.
Additional costs will depend on design, portion size, flavour, labour and delivery/set up location (tiered cakes must be delivered). In general allow from $6-$8+ per person for coffee portions.
